How to Send and Claim Crypto Gifts on HTX

I. What is Crypto Gifts on HTX?

Crypto Gifts, designed by HTX, is a feature that allows you to share cryptocurrencies with friends, family, or your community, using a code, link, or poster. Whether you're celebrating a special moment or just spreading joy, you can easily send random or fixed token amounts to multiple recipients simultaneously, only via our app. They can claim their gifts with ease directly through the HTX app or any web browser. Even users who haven't registered on HTX yet can claim your gifts. And if they do, they'll be automatically considered as your referrals.

It's a fun, seamless way to gift crypto and expand your network.

Note: Sending or claiming gifts requires the latest version of your HTX app (Android: v10.53.0 / iOS: v10.54.0). Our website supports claiming gifts only.

II. How do I create and send Crypto Gifts?

You may choose to send random or fixed token amounts to multiple recipients simultaneously through a code, link, or poster.

1. Log in to your account via the HTX app, tap More on the homepage, and find Crypto Gifts.

2. Tap Send and then select a gift type, either Random Amount or Identical Amount.

3. Select your desired crypto, enter the amount, and set the recipient limit.

Random Amount: You will need to enter Total Amount and Maximum Recipients. Our system will randomize the amount given to each recipient.

Identical Amount: You will need to enter Amount Each and Maximum Recipients. Our system will automatically calculate the total amount you need to pay.

4. Pick a cover and add a nickname and message.

5. Choose recipients. You have two options as follows:

Only individuals who have not registered with HTX can claim your gifts. Users with existing HTX accounts are ineligible.

6. View the payment details and tap Confirm to pay.

To ensure payment security, verification is required upon confirmation. Use your enabled verification methods, such as two-factor authentication (2FA), email, or SMS verification code. Please ensure you have set up verification methods in advance to avoid payment delays.

7. After the gifts are created, you can copy the code and share it with your friends on social media. Alternatively, directly tap Share Poster or Share Link for sharing. They can claim the gifts through their HTX app or our website.

Notes:

Anyone with your Crypto Gifts link, code, or poster has the chance to claim a gift, so share them privately if needed.

Crypto Gifts are valid for 48 hours after being created. Unclaimed gifts within the time frame will be refunded to your account.

8. You can view your gifts by tapping History at the bottom of the sending page. To check the details of each sending, please tap on it.

9. Tap View more to check the claims by registered and unregistered users.

III. How do I claim Crypto Gifts?

Both new and existing HTX users can receive Crypto Gifts on our app or via any browser, by using the code, link, or poster received.

1. Enter a Code

Log in to your account via the HTX app, tap More on the homepage, and find Crypto Gifts.

Tap the Claim button on the left.

Note:

Claiming Crypto Gifts by entering code in the app's homepage search bar is not currently supported.

2. Scan a QR Code

Log in to your account via the HTX app and tap the QR code scanner in the top section of the homepage.

Scan the QR code on the cover of the gift you received.

3. Open a Link

Visit the link in any browser, tap Open Now, and enter your email to claim the gift.

Notes:

For registered HTX users, your Crypto Gifts rewards will be credited to your Spot accounts.

Unregistered HTX users must sign up for an HTX account within 48 hours of claiming a Crypto Gift to activate their reward. Doing so establishes a referral relationship with the gift sender.

4. After You Claim

You'll see the amount and crypto received on the Crypto Gifts page. Crypto Gifts rewards will be credited into the receivers' Spot accounts.

On the same page, you can share the gift-giving poster with friends or create more gifts to send.

If you share Crypto Gifts created by another user, unregistered recipients will be linked to the creator as a referral upon claiming one.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The HTX Crypto Gifts feature initially supports 15 cryptocurrencies. Users can only send cryptocurrencies supported by the feature as gifts. More cryptocurrencies will be added in the future.

2. Crypto Gift payments will be first deducted from your Spot account. If the balance is insufficient, the system will automatically redeem from your Flexible Earn account (ensure "Auto-Redeem" is enabled). This feature also lets you use Flexible Earn assets for spot trading.

3. Each user can send a maximum of 50,000 USDT worth of Crypto Gifts per day, with a maximum of 100 sends per day.

4. Each Crypto Gifts send must have a minimum value of 0.5 USDT. Each user can receive a minimum of 0.001 USDT per gift.

5. Please note that any deposit or withdrawal restrictions on your account may affect your ability to send or receive Crypto Gifts.

6. Crypto Gifts are valid for 48 hours after being created. Unclaimed gifts within the time frame will be refunded to senders' HTX Spot accounts.

7. Anyone who receives your code, link, or poster can get access to your gifts and claim one. Crypto Gifts rewards will be credited into the receivers' Spot accounts and can be withdrawn anytime.

8. For registered HTX users, your Crypto Gifts rewards will be credited to your Spot account. Unregistered users can claim Crypto Gifts, but must sign up for HTX within 48 hours of claiming to activate them and receive the rewards in their Spot account. Gifts expire if you do not complete signup within this timeframe. Doing so establishes a referral relationship with the gift sender.

9. Each user is limited to get one reward from each Crypto Gifts send to ensure a fair and equitable distribution.
